There are plenty of more tasteful sites that will appeal to you such as stay at home moms, or how to start your own home based wedding cake business.

But, this one, is a new low for internet marketing.

You should ditch the idea as it is downright rude, offensive, and not entertaining.. even though you do try)

i always enjoy your posts, and i think it is important that i give you a chance to redeem yourself.

This project to me looks like a career suicide, and it wont go well with the folks

Colors are all wrong for women. And I don’t mean you should use pink. Yellows, blues, light hues.

design all wrong. Camo-grung look. A more quiet background, straighter edges, rounded corners.

Wrong benefits for women. Spend more time with family, independence, Look better, shop longer, anything but being able to lounge in a pool with a couple of babes, or young guys.

Fonts unappealing.
Most women like to think of them self as neat with good handwriting.

This is just a quick overview. Nice idea to have the sales page as an (censored), but it is to BIG and takes to long to load. If I had not agreed to read the page I would have clicked off of it 1/3 of the way down.

‘m just not sure that women respond to being called stupid. Even if it’s obviously done in jest. Especially if it’s done in the masculine tone that the letter is done in. It doesn’t speak to me and I didn’t think that it was that funny. I can see though how guys would be chuckling throughout and would think it’s funny.

Can you use camel caps? When I first saw the site name I thought it was mispelled…
you’re simply stupid

And then I would carry that on through the sales letter … instead of your stupid, you R stupid (kind of like Toys R Us)

Uh. Are you sincere in wanting to sell this site to women also? IMO, it will not only not appeal to women, but I found a lot of it downright offensive.

Especially the Jennah Jameeson testimonial. Too many woman are exploited in the sex trade for this to be funny. Any women that make it this far, will bail when they see that.

(And yes, I know that the whole thing is tongue in cheek and meant to take a shot at IM in general … it’s still offensive.)

At the top of the sales letter you say … read this letter before you make a fool of yourself and then …

a few lines down after the order button, berate the reader for reading more.

This is not my type of sales letter. I don’t like the Rich Jerk type of marketing.

So in my opinion, this is not going to appeal to women. (known in your copy as chicks, babes, etc … all terms that will have self-respecting women hitting the backbutton asap).

Women may read it out of curiosity (like watching a train wreck), but the offer would have to be really compelling for me to buy. And, I would probably *not* buy just on principle .. nothing personal, I jsut don’t like the Rich Jerk type of marketing.

Graphics are definately leaning to men. Dark colors and first impressions is it looks like blood splattered. Overall a dark and violent feel for the graphics — much more masculine than feminine appeal. (Very well done by the way.)

Now, all of that said … it looks like you’re appealing to a certain demographic — young males — and the graphic and copy seems to be well-optimized for them.

Remember the saying you can’t make all the people happy all the time …

IMO, you should ask yourself if women are really your market on this product and what percentage of your market they represent.

In other words, if your target market is young males, then why water down your sales copy to grab a smaller part of the market?

However, for the bigger picture, while tone and graphics do probably appeal to your market I don’t think you are clear about the benefits of the product. There is no compelling offer or reason to buy.

I’m left at the end of the letter now knowing what I’m buying or how it is going to help me. You need to hammer your prospect over the head with the benefits. In fact, I would pay less attention to the stupid factor in your headline and clearly outline what’s in it for the buyer. What problem are you solving? Is it throwing money away on products that don’t work .. making gurus rich and you (stupid) poor? Or that gurus count on opportunity seekers … always buying products and not putting them into action (again, stupid)?

BTW, if you do that effectively for your target market, then the occasional woman is going to buy just b/c the product will also meet her needs.

First off, I am not going to chew your head off.

So let’s get started:

1. I would not stay on this site for even 5 seconds. It is dark, bloody and looks like a cartoon. That is before I even get a chance to read that you are calling me stupid. I have already made up my mind NOT to listen much less buy from you.

2. I am at the yellow “push” button and I am wondering who you are calling a twit.

3. Now you are telling me you have a secret that is going to change my life. But I would not stay on your site long enough to find that out.

4. Here you are insulting a sitting American President. Are you insane? I voted for this man and even if I didn’t, I would not tolerate insults to an American President. I am an American and proud of it. This is highly insulting.

5. The rehased crap part is really good and so are the graphics that drive home that point.

6. The language does not flow smoothly and there are typo and grammar errors that do not appear to be part of the point you are trying to make about not being stupid.

7. Un-stipidze, twit pond…… far too many insults.

8. Your check has no credibility and your car looks like a hot wheels toy.

9. Babe comment with the house - unnecessary.

10. Now I am at the pic of the pill bottle. This is the first time that you have told me you are going to tell me about internet marketing. I am 1/2 way through your sales letter.

11. More insults. Now they are very tacky. I cannot imagine anyone reading this entire sales letter.

12. When you list the anti stupid cure, #1 has a spelling error. Also,what is asti and Why would I take it?

13. Finally made it to the end. It is at the very end that you finally tell me it is an ebook. I don’t see the price at all on the page.

14. The pictures with the two women in bikini’s tell me you can only be talking to men who understand and appreciate your humor.

If you want me to buy from you.
Don’t insult me and you don’t know me. Don’t assume I think this style of humor is funny.
As a women , I have no desire to see brains splattered on a page.
I am not at all clear what is in this for me?
What have you done or accomplished that I should listen to you?
Consider changing the color scheme with more blue and less black and brown.
Give me a headline that will draw me in to read what you have to say. Skip the insults, they are not working.

Well..well…well.

You are obviously targeting an audience that either:

1. Likes to be abused.
2. Thinks being insulted is funny.
3. Are just curious about this stupidity.

Here are my thoughts in general:

- I think the benefit is missing. The whole above-the-fold area is dedicated to calling me stupid..

Have a look at the The Rich Jerk site…he starts with a benefit and you don’t have to scroll down to find it. Personally, I’d give them some reason to keep reading right away and make sure they don’t have to scroll to find it. The site looks cool, but the header and graphical elements take up so much space.

The way this is set up, I’m not sure you’ll have people reading on for more…but I could be wrong!

- I am not sure what you’re trying to get at it here. I don’t think I’m humorless, but if the site is a joke, I don’t really get the humor. If you can tell me the purpose, I’d be happy to give more feeback.

What HateMail Is All About

You saw the website, you read the sales copy, and you got a kick out of it.. marvelous…

but believe me , there is a few out there who totaly hated the concept that i brought to the site..

So what they did?

They kicked a fuss, got my helpdesk and left me some of the most funniest and crankiest hatemail ever..

Rather than take the time to personally answer each and every one of it, i thought it would be simply great to show my appreciation in getting their hatemail

By taking em’ pasting it in here, and trashing it in the open

Yeah, you might hate my style, so do what others do and leave me a email to my helpdesk… you know what i do to it
